Refund policy

Retro Unicorn only offers refunds and exchanges for damaged and missing items. In the event of an exchange, you will receive the same product. Retro Unicorn will also exchange your items if you receive the wrong one at no cost. Please send an email to sales@hellofashionboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your item with a photograph attached. RU also offers refunds or replacement items if a product is out of stock. We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reason. Please refer to the sizing charts when ordering clothing.
